£28,000-£35,000 per year

Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

Are you an experienced Service Advisor or someone who is just beginning to learn the ropes of the trade, if so we have an opportunity to join an independent service and repair specialist based in Northampton. Established in 2022, the company provides a comprehensive range of vehicle maintenance solutions, including MOT testing, routine servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs for a wide variety of vehicles

For this role, we are looking to speak with candidates who are still learning about the role and candidates who are already very confident in the position.

The role will involve

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival

• Upselling additional services or products

• Scheduling appointments efficiently

• Communicating with technicians and other members of the team

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems is advantageous for understanding service requirements

• Experience in upselling services or products in a retail or automotive environment
